After the shoot has been approved by our Park Superintendent, the online forms must be filled out and returned to our office, including a Certificate of Insurance listing the District as an additional insured. You may download the forms below.
Once the paperwork has been reviewed, a final filming fee will be determined. These fees are based on a sliding scale and are calculated with respect to the size of the film crew, duration of the shoot and the District manpower needed to support it. A check or cash for the full amount must be received in the District office prior to the commencement of filming.
