Borchard Center

The Borchard Community Center is located at Borchard Park, a 28.7-acre community park located at the corner of Borchard and Reino Roads in Newbury Park. Borchard Park amenities include a soccer field, three softball fields, four reservable picnic areas, four lighted tennis courts, a lighted outdoor basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, a skatepark (see below for more information), a tot playground, a youth playground, two sets of horseshoe pits, and bocce courts.

Borchard Community Center has an indoor basketball court along with four meeting/activity rooms. The preschool room is located in the adjacent building across from the tennis courts. The Center provides surrounding neighborhoods with a wide range of recreational programs serving tots through seniors and organizes several large-scale special events throughout the year.

We are proud to offer many classes and programs including tennis, karate, Zumba®, gymnastics, visual arts, performing arts, basketball, skateboarding, dog training, tai chi, technology, Kindermusik, and more! If you have an interest in offering a class or program, please contact us. Everyone who teaches with the Conejo Recreation & Park District must go through a background check and be fingerprinted and cleared. They also must adhere to the high standards we have established to conduct quality programs to Conejo Valley residents.
