| This body consists of five elected officials charged with overseeing the operation of the District and setting agency policy. Regular board meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of each month at the Hillcrest Center, 403 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. Meetings begin at 7:30pm.
