Adjacent to Conejo Creek’s natural beauty, this 14-acre property was acquired in 1972 and is bisected by Paige Lane as it travels beneath the 23 Freeway. Conejo Creek Southwest has yet to be developed. Although designated as a district-wide facility, this quadrant of Conejo Creek will be developed for more passive use activities. This is in contrast to the other quadrants of Conejo Creek that are high use and with amenities that are characteristic of district-wide parks. Except by permit, all alcohol possession is prohibited in this park.
