Summer Concert: Skynyrd and Frynds, Tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd

CRPD presents… Summer Concerts in the Park featuring Skynyrd and Frynds, Tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd on Monday, September 1 (Labor Day). 

Featuring a live performance of the National Anthem sung by Marissa Margolis.

Experience the heart and soul of Southern rock as Skynyrd and Frynds bring the legendary sound of Lynyrd Skynyrd from the 1960’s and 70’s, to the summer concert series! This high-energy tribute band combines the vocal stylings of Ronnie Van Zant with the dual guitar slinging hits like “Sweet Home Alabama”, “Gimme Three Steps”, and the iconic “Free Bird”. Featured on The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands and having performed all over the United States, Skynyrd and Frynds will take you on a journey through Southern rock history.  southboundcompany.com

What to do:
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnics, then sit back and relax to the sounds of summer! A variety of gourmet Food Trucks and Dessert Trucks will be on-site and available for purchase at all 5 concerts. Jackets or sweaters are recommended as the weather often cools during the latter part of the event.

Tips:
CRPD’s Summer Concerts in the Park are well attended; early arrival to obtain prime lawn seating is encouraged. Event parking is off-site only; on-site parking is limited and reserved for cars displaying disabled person parking placards until the lot is full. Concertgoers are asked to leave pets at home.
