Start your morning with a walk/run through the beautiful Cal Lutheran University two mile trail surrounding the Los Angeles Rams practice fields.

Then endure a CHILLING 25 yard swim in the beautiful Community Pool at Cal Lutheran University or take a chance on our new AFLEX inflatable obstacle course.

Delicious and HOT cups of hot chocolate and coffee will be served at the finish line!
