Our reservable picnic sites are perfect for small or large group gatherings. Located in some of the Conejo Valley’s most picturesque surroundings, their natural environments are a perfect background to any special occasion. With so many options to choose from, our staff is available to help navigate our park system to find the best location for your next event.

Rental Permit Requirements

A permit must be issued for the use of any park if any of the following apply:

Private gatherings of 50 or more people
Events organized by a business, organization, club, etc.
Paid services are being provided or admission is charged

Sites not reserved for the day are available on a first come/first served basis. Amenities are provided only in association with a reservation.

Insurance Requirements

Insurance is required for businesses, organizations, clubs, etc.

Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement Requirements

When applicable, Certificates of Insurance meeting CRPD's current requirements must be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to the reservation date.

CRPD does not provide event insurance.Many patrons use Event Helper to obtain the required Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement.

Approved Vendors

All outside vendors (including caterers, inflatables, attractions, etc.) are required to provide proof of liability insurance (see Insurance Requirements above).

The permitee is responsible for collecting the required documents from all vendors attending the event and to have these documents available for review by CRPD.
