Insurance is required for all indoor facility rentals.

The Conejo Recreation & Park District does not provide event insurance. Many patrons use Event Helper to obtain the required Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement.

Borchard Center, Conejo Center, Dos Vientos Center, Old Meadows Center, & Thousand Oaks Center

Liability insurance is required for all vendors including caterers and attractions.

A Certificate of Insurance and an Additional Insured Endorsement naming CRPD, its Board, officers, employees, and volunteers as additional insured must be submitted at ten business prior to the event. Large inflatables, rock climbing walls, pony rides, and other specialized equipment require a permit. Quiet generators must be used with inflatables. Vehicles are never allowed on the turf, walkways, or sidewalks for any reason.
