This free event is open to everyone—whether you're experienced or just curious about Tai Chi. Enjoy guided classes, demonstrations, and a peaceful morning of movement and wellness.

• 24 Yang Style Tai Chi & Long Form (108)
• Sword Tai Chi & Fan Tai Chi demonstrations
Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing practice that supports breathing, balance, and overall health—blending science, movement, and mindfulness.
