New players must have a signed policies and procedures form on file at the Community Center prior to making their first reservation.

Racquetball Policies & Procedures

• Court reservations can be made one week in advance starting at 8:00am.
• Only phone reservations will be made until 8:30am each morning, after which reservations can be made on a walk-in or phone basis.
• Full payment must be made when you book the court.  No court times will be held pending payment.
• Credit sheets can be kept on file in the office for players who wish to have funds available to book courts over the phone or in person without having to give a credit card number or come in and pay cash for each reservation.
• Credit sheets expire after three months of inactivity.
• The office can't make change.  Exact payment is required or additional funds can be put on a players credit sheet.
• There is a 24 hour court cancelation policy.  If you cancel a court less than 24 hours in advance the court fee will be forfeited.
• There are no refunds for racquetball payments.  A 24 hour advanced cancelation will result in the addition of a credit to a players sheet.
• When booking a court time please make sure to specify AM or PM.
• When arriving for a court players may use the intercom system by the door to check in.  Simply push the button and give the last name on the reservation.
• Lockers are for day use only.  Please bring your own lock and remove it after use.
• When the center is closed for a holiday, court reservations will be taken on the next day at 8:00am.  
• When playing handball/racquetball only 4 players may be on a court at a time.
• Please turn off court lights at the end of your reservation in an effort to save energy.
