| When a program has to be cancelled due to low enrollment or an instructor's inablilty to teach, participants will be contacted prior to the start of the program and offered a full refund or the option of transferring to another class.
When an instructor has to cancel a class during the week, a scheduled make-up date will be added onto the end of the session.
